Newborn Package
5 nights great for families wanting light support while building confidence in early routines.
Service Description
5 overnight shifts per week: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM •Diapering, umbilical cord, and circumcision care •General newborn care/soothing •Assisting the family with feeding issues, including formula feeding and facilitating breast/chestfeeding, as requested •Preparing bottles (breastmilk and/or formula) •Practicing proper breastmilk or formula storage •Creating and implementing healthy feeding and sleeping schedules/routines to match the family’s needs •Organizing & maintaining a clean nursery, including emptying the diaper pail, restocking diapers and wipes, and keeping things tidy •Assisting in establishing healthy age-appropriate sleep hygiene and habits •Taking over solo care of the newborn as requested •Recognizing potential signs of allergies, illnesses, disorders, developmental delays or disabilities and recommending an appropriate referral. Washing and sterilizing bottles/pump parts.
Cancellation Policy
RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS To secure services with First Touch Newborns, a non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total contract amount is required at the time of booking. This retainer reserves the scheduled dates and is applied toward the overall balance of the agreement. The remaining 75% of the contract balance will be billed in equal weekly installments beginning on the first day services commence. All payments must be made on time according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in this contract. Failure to pay the retainer or make timely payments may result in cancellation of services or termination of the contract. The retainer is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation due to pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or a failed adoption, as time and availability have been held in advance.
